Hi Rosie
I don't have any credits. I registered when you messaged me last time with the voucher code of 20 free credits and the code didn't work.

Rosie, by any chance did you come across a Leitholm/Coldstream marriage for a Mary McPherson/Macpherson (b abt 1855) to a John Donaldson (b abt 1855) ?? I'd be hugely grateful if you could find any details out on this marriage and let me know. Thanks. Kirsty X

Hi Kirsty the only way to go further back would be Scotlands People as I said ....It will cost you £7.00 to buy some credits it will use up 1 for a search then 5 to view the record ...I'm afraid these records are not free ..hope this helps

Ok. Thanks Rosie. I tried looking for the marriage last night but couldn't seem to find it but it must be there as someone put a comment saying there was a marriage for 1877 in Coldstream.

Kirsty, I have just checked on Scotland's People and searching  for a marriage between Donaldson  John and McPherson Mary (make sure you  put the surname first - I have fallen for that one many a time) there is actually only one result and it is in 1877 in Coldstream, Berwickshire.

William
Dent (Haltwhistle and Sacriston), Bell and Jetson (Haltwhistle), Postle, Ward, Longstaff, Purvis, Manners, Parnaby and Hardy (Co. Durham), Kennedy and McRobert (Banffshire), Reid(Bathgate), Watson (Wemyss), Graham (Libberton), Sandilands (Carmichael), Munro (Dingwall)
