In a roll of members entitled as Engineers to vote for the election of a member under the provisions of the Marine Board Act 1887 there is, No 473, Wellcoat. R.

I've found a crew member R WELLCOAT, Born Scotland,  Pantryman on the SS KONOOWARRA arriving Sydney NSW from Melbourne on 16 Aug 1887.
