I am trying to establish an Elgar link

Hi Gang

I put my request on Rootschat this morning but accidentally hit the Hertfordshire link so could I pretty please ask if fellow members would mind having a look at that as I'm trying to pick up a bit of local knowledge that may help me out

The parish I put on the original request was Ipsley but this was an error by me as I miss read it & it should be Tupsley

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this & I would be over the moon if someone in HEF is able to help me out a bit
