Thomas Giles - Born abt 1765 (wick near pershore)

Hi

I am having problems tracing a birth record or death record for Thomas Giles. I believe he was born about 1765 in wick near pershore.

He married Ann Jeines (Jeans) in 1787 in wick. I think they had 8 children (one of whom was Robert Giles who I think is my 3x GG) although I have not yet clarified this by looking at actual parish records.

All my work has been done online at the moment. I am hoping to arrange a trip to Worcestershire at some point in the future but am not even sure I would know where to start if I did.

Any hints or tips on finding this information would be fab.

Baptisms for wick are on freereg2,
Ann Jeines 21 May 1767, father John mother Sarah.

Have not looked for Thomas Giles.

Sorry but I don't have the Thomas Giles that your searching for on the limited records I carry with me when on holiday but can confirm that the marriage was 13AUG1718 at Wick when
Thomas Giles = Ann Geans
But as I do have a few records with me here is what I have as their children all baptised at Wick
19DEC1787 Edward s/o homes/Ann Giles
14OCT1789 Thomas s/o      "  /  "      "
8DEC1793 Robert s/o          " /   "      "
26JUN1796 Jane   s/o          " /   "      "

That is great. I was missing two of the children and I did not know that Jane married Thomas Heeks so this is new information for me to look into. Jane would be my 4th great-aunt.
That is also the first time I have seen Anns surname spelt like "Geans" as well so this may well help me in further research.
Where did you find all this information ? It is really good.
