Don't know if it's a related problem.
Some time ago I downloaded the 1921 Canada census to my tree when it was on a free offer.
I checked it a couple of times on Saturday, but yesterday it wouldn't let me view it because I haven't got worldwide membership.
Anyone know why .

You can only view all the downloads if you have a current membership for those records! ::)

Best to download to your computer; and then attach the resulting image.

I was replying to mrsruz's latest post, which is a different problem?

Keith, have you tried a different browser yet?  Maybe Firefox rather than Chrome.

It seems that it must be something in your set up as the rest of us seem not to have your problem.

Hi

Have you tried the settings, Keith on the viewer? I have found that I get a blank screen when using my FTM after I have deleted my browsing history and to sort it this seems to work. At the right of the screen click on tools and scroll down and click on basic viewer. (nb My technical knowledge is nil but it might be worth a go).
