census look ups for Hodson

I just found 4 baptisms in hargrave and i'm trying to find them on the censuses
                                           
                                Alfred Hodson 22 Feb 1870
                                Mary Ann Hodson 2nd may 1874
                                Eliza Hodson        16th APR 1880
                                Miriam Hodson     9th APR 1890
        They only have fathers surname down Hodson

Not sure whether you know this - but FamilySearch have transcriptions of all the England and Wales Census entries - 1841-1911.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

whdsn, these are confirmations, not baptisms.

These entries have come from the IGI, and aren't always accurate. Last one that stumped me had the right names and dates, but the wrong parish!

Miriam may have been born in 1875. Not sure about the others. They were probably all teenagers

From FamilySearch - 1871 census - Hargrave (can't determine the full details via FS, but I'm sure that others will know how to work out the Piece/Folio/page numbers)

Thomas - 40 - Labourer born Hargrave
Mary A - 36 - born Hargrave
Alfred - 17 - Shoemaker, born Hargrave
Edward - 15 - Shoemaker, born Hargrave
Mary A - 11, Scholar, born Hargrave

Mary Ann b.1860, Alfred b.1854 were children of Thomas and Mary Ann Hodson.

Eliza b.1864 was dau. of an Edward and Catherine

Miriam b.1876 was dau. of above mentioned Alfred and his wife Mary.

I first wondered if they were adult baptisms as they don't usually states parents names but confirmations would make sense.

They are accurate records the original images are on ancestry.

As PrawnCocktail pointed out they are confirmation records not baptism and they are two different families.
Miriam is Miriam Elizabeth, daughter of Alfred T Hodson and Mary, baptized 17 October 1875 in Hargrave.
Eliza seems to be the daughter of Edward and Catherine Hodson born 26 August 1863.
