THEAKSTON of Ripon area - West Yorkshire Land Tax records

I'm researching the THEAKSTON branch of my family tree that came from the area west of Ripon, including Eavenstone, Sawley, Risplith, Grantley, Aldfield and Ripon. I have some bdm info, but wonder if there might be some good information in the land tax records from the area.  I am interested in the time from of 1650 to 1775. Could I ask if someone with experience and access to this type of data could provide me with a LOOKUP. Kind Regards.

Thanks for this idea.  I was able to get the 1672 West Riding Hearth Tax registry. It does list household heads name and town (and number of hearths), which is very useful. I was also looking for more detailed land tax information or leases (if any exist) that would give more specific location information.
