I just made 3 guesses a I hadn't seen the Cert, but that is a good possible!

I couldn't find anything close in the Parish of Clogher, hence query.

Found a map of Church of Ireland Diocese of Clogher

Fivemiletown is in between Clogher and Aghalucher so a bit of a distance there but I guess it could have been an error what with Clogher Parish and the Diocese having the same name, if he was asked is that (place) in Clogher.
