Unfortunately due to privacy restrictions  - The Manitoba Index covers -  Manitoba Births more than 100 years ago - Marriages more than 80 years ago - Deaths more than 70 years ago

Perhaps the person you are looking for might appear on the 1921 Canadian Census - taken 1 June 1921.
