That Amos (age 39) married Hannah Cister (age 30) 21 Mar 1880. His father was James Wheeldon hers Thomas Cister

As per the Beds FHS Surnames Index CD...

James Wheeldon married in Luton parish in 1844

Amos Wheeldon baptised Luton parish in 1847 (abode Limbury hamlet)

Amos Wheeldon married Luton parish in 1880 (as was Hannah Cister)

There is also Amos WHEELDIN married Luton parish in 1862
