It's certainly a very good likeness! ;D

The Koningsbrug in Rotterdam started being built in 1860.
Popularly called the 4 Lions Bridge (Vierleeuwenbrug) after the 4 lion statues, one on each corner.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Wonderful find Spidermonkey,looks identical to me.Here is an alternative view,looks like two spans.

I am sure you are right Jen - I can see the fancy warehouse on the right hand side of the first picture you posted.  However, for the life of me I can't get my head around which bit I am seeing in my picture  :-\ where does the triangle bit on the tug go on the de Hef bridge?

From what I am reading (my smattering of Dutch comes in handy! ;D), the bridge was damaged in WW2 bombings.

It's by Binnenhavenbrug and the whole road in front(or behind!) lifts up.
