Where was Laura Carter born?

Laura Carter born 1867 (c), married Charles James Neale 1867 in Cardiff.  Died 1899 in Pilning Gloucestershire.

Cannot find where she was born.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

The marriage of the couple in 1896 in Roath lists Laura Carter as 29 a spinster of 136 Upper Arabella St with father Charles William Carter a Station Master. Witnesses were William Walter and Emma Carter

details of the 1896 marriage in Roath parish church that may help. Laura aged 29, spinster, 136 Upper Arabella St, father Charles William Carter,  station master, witnesses Walter Carter & Emma Carter.

red post - pretty sure that witness is Walter.

osprey, the 1871 census in Westbury fits the bill, with both Walter and Emma as witnesses to the marriage.  Have a feeling she died in child birth as a daughter was born about thta time, sad she was only 32.
