Napsbury Asylum records, St Albans

Can anybody tell me where I might find records for someone who was a patient here in 1909/10? According to wiki it was the Middlesex County Asylum.

I can't logon to the LMA catalogue at the moment to check whether the records ar open or still closed. They are opened 100 years after the last entry in the register not the date of the patient you are looking for.
