That's great news all the records for St Leonards are I believe online so it should be possible to find a John Offen born in 1813. You are a star.

Amazing what you have turned up. I live around 3 miles from Tottenham. I know I am being cheek, but whilst I am on a winning streak any chance of finding a baptism for Thomas ?

That is amazing. so Thomas was born in Chigwell Essex approx. 1786 and I love the act that he was a Coffin Maker
