I don't believe that there is any link between Mayglass and Kilmore (in terms of any of the main records). Mayglass was a former civil parish, and is a "half parish" of the Catholic parish of Ballymore. Lots of records available for free online

What period are you interested in - you did not mention? For example, a quick search on the Griffith's Valuation website shows a Thomas Grady living in the Townland of Gardamus Great, in Mayglass, in 1853. Or perhaps the Richard and Alice Grady residing in Courtlands East in 1901, and Glebe in 1911 (from census site)? The GRO site shows their marriage (Richard Grady and Alice Kelly) on 1/12/1883 at Mayglass, see
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1883/10952/8003223This gives their professions, address, and fathers names and professions - the grooms father is listed as Thomas Grady. The GRO site also shows that this Thomas Grady died in Mayglass on 29/10/1893, aged 60, death registered by his son Richard, also of Mayglass, see
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1893/05983/4701738I was in the historic graveyard and church (ruins) of Mayglass at Easter. Very, very evocative spot, with a large Calvary dominating the foreground and the church ruins in the background, at sunset. Some of my Coopers are buried there. The old church is adjacent to the modern Catholic church. The graveyard is still very much open for business! Lots of new burials...
