Thomas Jones and Mary parry st aspaph

I am looking for a marriage between the above named.  I found one in 1877 the year they married in st Asaph a civil marriage.  My Thomas and Mary were from Breconshire where I cannot find a marriage for them so I am trying to eliminate various other marriages.  Do the registrars have an email address where I could make enquiries please in Denbeighshire.

If you know the civil marriage you found in the St Asaph district is the correct one it is listed on the NorthWalesBMD website where you can print off an application form to send for a copy of the certificate. The registers are said to be at Rhyl.
