Hello,
Just came across this message board. Interesting.
Arthur Eltham was my great uncle Fred’s father. Fred Eltham was not uncle by blood but married my great aunt - Patricia Cook.
Interestingly enough, Fred was a tailor who worked for decades on Savile Row. Probably learnt from his dad.
My dad would probably know more about Arthur P Eltham as he would known him as a kid.
Just thought I’d share. :)

Hello and welcome to Rootschat. We would be distantly related by marriage. Arthur Eltham's mother Jane Eltham was the daughter of Thomas Eltham who was the brother of my great great grandfather William Eltham
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott
