The middle name on the WW1 draft looks like McGurn.

This is where the name STAHL came in - the mother of Inez remarried to William Stahl - Inez is the step-daughter.

1925 US Census Shelby Orleans - back with step-father and mother. Mis-transcribed as Margery and should be MURPHY.

1892 Census Shelby Orleans shows the Myhil Household and further down the page Anna McGurn aged 21 years with a 2 year old Inez.
