Hi again, Baptism Thomas Power 29th February 1852 St Woolos, Newport Father Thomas occ Labourer Mother Hannah
Keyboard86

1861 St Woollos
Thos Power  64
 Lucy Power  62
Thos Power  9 grandson b Newport.

So that`s still Hannah to find. I`m guessing Thomas Power the father has died.
Lucy`s marriage doesn`t actually say deceased  but the way the children are spit up seems something has happened.

Isn't Thomas (~1827) with his parents and son Thomas in 1861?

His age on A*try has been transcribed as 54 but I think it's 34 on the image.

Also-who is the Thomas POWER on the 1871/81/91-born 1827 Newport? On the 1881 and 91 he has a son Daniel born 1872.

On the 1901 Daniel seems to be listed as "brother-in-law" in the home of Thomas and Henr*tta GRIFF*Y. Henrietta is the 10 yr old listed with Hannah and children on the 1871. :-\

Maureen :)

Also Ann Power is a bit odd, if she was the daughter , then did she marry another Power.

 Elizabeth Power dau unm 22
Caroline Power  dau unm 20 dau
 Thos Power grandson  9

I`m copying all this down in a timeline and hoping to follow it up, I`m a bit confused about the Daniel / Henrietta bits though .

Thanks everyone.

Isn't Lucy the sister-in-law in 1871 the sister of Thomas-daughter of Thomas and Lucy?

I don't see a birth for Henrietta POWER but if she was born in 1861 that may be why Hannah is "missing". :-\

Maureen

EDIT: Are there "missing pieces" in this area in 1861?
