I would say that's definitely a very good match, The link says locations of  Hengistbury Head, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, presumably it moved around?.

I think that is the full address and not various locations but in those days Bournemouth was in Hampshire.

I know this is an old thread but the boat was moored near Hengistbury Head in Poole Harbour. My mother and her parents used to walk from Southbourne over Hengistbury Head to visit their relatives on the boat and have tea. This would be early thirties.
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge

Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
