I am still waiting for a reply, which is unheard of with SP, they have never taken so long to reply.

Have saved searches disappeared ?
Depends what you mean.

If you mean, how do you save a search, Gadget has dealt with that.

If you mean where are your old searches from before the changeover, they may appear to be there, but if they were using parameters that the new site can't handle, the results will in fact have disappeared.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

I've just used the 'Save Search' option as I needed to buy credits & for the life of me I can't find where the 'Saved Searches' are?

Needless to say, I had to do the search again.

Thanks Gadget,

I see it now, in the drop-down list next to my name on top, far right.

I've asked about why the two sets of  images have disappeared from the wills section and my saved images a couple of days ago

Did you ever find out about your wills?

2016 - I had to think about that.  ;D  They gave me credits against one and finally found the other.
