Could it be Horningsham which is near Longleat House in Wiltshire, but also quite near Frome.

Well maybe, there is a patrons admission on Family Search for a John Dredge baptised in  Horningsham 29 Apr 1792 my document says he was born 26 Mar 1792 in  Hornesom near Frome So many thanks for the suggestion. Now how can I confirm the date is correct not all patron submissions are right?
