Andrew Cameron gravestone Falkirk
« on: Thursday 06 October 16 08:25 BST (UK) »
Looking to find out if anyone knows where Andrew Cameron, who died in Falkirk in 1921, is buried. He was married to Agnes Ronald who died in 1944. Any help would be appreciated. I know the council will do a search but at great expense. Hoping someone may have information in their tree. Many thanks. Irene

There are a few tree's on Ancestry you could maybe contact the owners to see if they know where he is buried ...Have you tried looking at newspapers to see if there is a death notice which might give you details of funeral

See http://www.memento-mori.co.uk/13.pdf for Camelon cemetery. Entries 739 and 740

Rosie/Sandy
Thank you so much for your suggestions and pointing me in the right direction.  I now have the location of the grave and will be visiting soon.  Sandy, the memento-mori website was invaluable and led me very quickly to what I was looking for.  I have also found a few more ancestors on the list as well.
Many thanks
Irene
