Marriage

I am trying to find a Marriage between a Jeremiah Harrington and an Elizabeth Cronin possibly around 1832. They had their first daughter about 1835 possibly southwark. Elizabeth I know is from Ireland possibly cork. I cant finf a marrige anywhere so I am thinking they never married, but Elizabeth remarries after Jeremiah's death in 1840. She marries in the belgium catholic chappel in london and states she is a spinster. Her 2nd husband dies a couple of years later and she ends up living with a Michael O'connor again no marriage. Any ideas or do you thing she was a bit naughty.
