June 9 1776 - Mar 10 1793.     Aug 29 1809 - Mar 3 1823, Mar 9 1823 - Dec 28 1831
 Jan 25 1832 - Jan 13 1845, Jan 1 1845 - Dec 28 1880

You will see that the period Mar 11 1793 - Aug 28 1809 is not covered.
But does the period actual exist in any known archive ?

William SULLIVAN born Cahir Tipperary on two documents.
1851 England census aged 43 with his wife and 2 of his known children. Later migrated to Canada, where records exist of him and his family , and have been uploaded, except for a viewable version of the 1861 census.
Army discharge record at the National Archive of soldier served in 10th and 53rd Regiments his birth place clearly stated Cahir.

Hi,
After studying your post, the 1861 Canada census I saw, the William Sullivan was 57 and single and was in Ottawa. If you would like a copy I will look for it again, please let me know.
On the 1851 England Census it looks like Fethard Tipperary for Mary. Also on that census, I see that their son William was born in County Antrim, can't find his birth record.
In a tree in Ancestry it says Mary's maiden name was Small, if this is correct, I found this in the Tithe records, this may be Mary's Father.

It think you may struggle getting the birth record of William. I did search the surrounding Parishes in the online registers.
