William Fairey married Janet Henshaw, Chadderton 1919

I'm trying to trace the origins of William Fairey, who married Janet Henshaw at the Primitive Methodist Chapel in Chadderton in 1919.  He could be one of my Lancs Faireys (though I can't find a Lancs birth for him) and I know that one of these, Alfred Sullivan Fairey, was born in the Oldham area 1884.  Can anyone please find the name of his father for me?

There is a Clifford Fairey with father William THomas Chapman Fairey and a brother William Fairey (amongst other siblings) living at 23 Garden Street (or may be Gorden Street) Castleford on the 1911 census.  Father is a coal mine deputy (underground).

All children born Castleford, father was born in Bedfordshire.

Thanks very much, Rosie and Spidermonkey.  That's really helpful.  So William is one of the Yorkshire Faireys with origins in Bedfordshire.  There are many branches in Beds, Northants and Hunts, mine coming mainly from Hunts.  I wondered about a Yorkshire connection, as William and Janet's son's birth was registered in Leeds. More ferreting for me to do in Beds, I think.

William Thomas Chapman Fairey married either Bridget McEntee or Annie Vincent in Pontefract SeptQ 1891, I see.

The 1911 census suggests that it would be Annie who he married.

William T C Fairey's birth is registered in Woburn in Sept Q 1872. He's quite easy to find because of his many forenames!
