Witness on Lizzie Daniels second marriage in 1917 is Mary Josephine Daniel??

Witness on John Daniels marriage in 1921 is Margaret Daniels (is this Mary or Margaret??)

but still unable to find anything close to a birth entry for Margaret Daniels or Josephine Daniels.

Would they normally use middle names again as first names for other children???
We have a Mary Margaret Daniels
and a Mary Josephine Daniels

Catholics can be given a second baptismal, saint's, name which may confuse the issue.

Tell me about it... ;) - as you can see I have a lot of Irish forebears. I was the first of my father's line to be born in England so have done a lot of Irish research. Didn't help that a lot of the men were in the army so had children all over the world.

I know its so frustrating and so difficult. I was hoping that the recent release online would have helped, it did solve a lot of problems but i am still left with problems such as this one.

I did visit Dublin in the summer and was able to visit the areas that my ancestors lived which was very exciting and i managed to visit Kilmainham jail, which unfortunately a couple of my ancestors frequented.

I have found connections now with the army as John Daniels junior served with the Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
