Thanks Annie,
I hope SP do sort that out, along with bringing back the approx birth year while searching for deaths. I've used SP for years with no problems & have always sung their praises but at the moment I wouldn't recommend the site to anyone. It's so bad, I think it's broken the addiction!
               Regards,     Dod.

Yes Dod,

The year of birth for deaths is also being addressed.

It's a shambles at the moment & yes, I agree, doesn't whet my appetite either as it takes so long to get anywhere, I've forgotten what I was searching with all the clicking & unticking etc.  ::)

Wow, What can I say, Thank you all so very much for your help, I really do appreciate it.

I also think SP has become harder to search, not really liking the new site as much. A few years back I was searching for a family - found them, but didn't have enough credit left, so I thought never mind I will get them later. I did the same search on the new site, all came up negative. Trawled back through my search history, might even been as far back as 2010  :-\ and found them clicked the link, brilliant, rechecked using new site - still nothing, thank goodness for search history.
