1871 census, ages all over the place but a possible:-
Charles Nevill 40 b Derbyshire
Ann Nixon 60? b Shinstone, Staffs?
Matila Stone 7 Visitor Derbyshire
Census Ref RG10/2702/30/7

That is certainly an interesting record. Ann Nixon's age is not exactly clear but I read it as either 40 or 44 rather than 60. That would make her a more likely candidate for the Ann in the 1851 Benjamin Nixon family. I going to see if I can find Ann in 1861. If the age is 60 it makes her possible candidate for the Mary Nixon born 1811 in the Benjamin Nixon family.
I'm going to put an image of the ages on the Interpret Handwriting section of RC and see what others think.

I can't find Matilda in 1871. Is it possible she is the Matila Stone listed as a visitor on the 1871 census with Charles Nevill and Ann Nixon?

Whew - you are a whiz Keyboard
I can hardly keep up with you. That seems to tie up Ann Nixon (except for 1861) but how does the Mary Nixon, born Leicestershire fit in?
You have sure raised a lot of interesting connections Keyboard - Thank you again.
