George Wilkins C1819 Great Bourton

I am trying to find a baptism for George Wilkins born c1819 at Great Bourton.

There is a Baptism 19/9/1819 at Banbury parents William and Martha.Its not at great Bourton so not sure.

He married my relation in 1864 he was a widower but I cant find him in any census before 1871 so I don't even know his first wife's name.He could even be with his parents in 1841 or 1851.

Have you bought a copy of his 1864 marriage cert to establish his fathers name and occupation?

What was his occupation in 1871?

Any children born before 1864 living with him in 1871?

The only 1871 entry I can see b 1819 was b Great Chirton and married to Elizabeth and living in Warwickshire

On the marriage his father William Wilkins occupation stone mason ..The baptism record that you have has the father's occupation as Mason

Hi Carole.

I have seen the original Parish records for the marriage at Warwick Records Office but this was a long time ago and I have put down on my records father ? Wilkins no occ.so I will have to go and have another look because I can't remember what it said.I have no witnesses either so I dont know why.
The 1871 is RG10/3199  F?  Page 14.

Also - 1881 just says Oxfordshire so where did you get Gt Bourton from?

1891 RG12/2468  F9  Page 11.

Then they both died in 1893.
