I think the clerks dashed this one off, help much appreciated in completing the transcription. I have so far:

Be it known unto all men that I Jane Tarrant of the ??
Waihill in the countie of Hant ?? being signe ?? ??
but not shal to com to the provision of my husband's will
I do marke my sonne Richard my true ?? ?? ?? ??
for ?? ?? in any maner to ?? my husband's will for me
but in my naime in witness ?? ?? ?? I have set
to my hand ?? ?? the xxiiiith of this this present
september Ano Domin 1631

Having looked again I think it says '....of the p[ar]ish of.....'
