Would like to find where and when Jacob died.
He was born 14 Jan 1881 Detroit. He married Delia McDonnell 1903 in Detroit. He and Delia divorced and he remarried to Lillian Chapman in 1915. He and Lillian show up in Los Angeles in 1920/30 but I can not see them in the 1940 census. I could not find either in the California Death Index.

John F Kohl 59 Born Michigan. Lived in same house 1935. Clerk.
Lillian H Kohl 53 Brorn NY

There is a WW2 Draft for John Frank Kohl born 13 September 1880 1916 Rose Street Burbank California. Wife Lillian

Have more problems with Jacob's family.

I can not find anything re his wife Delia/Della after the divorce. Delia Sophia McDonnell was born abt 1880 in Michigan.
Problems also tracing daughter Dorothy. She was born 26 May 1905 Detroit. She married 29 Apr 1923 to Raymond Munn Clark and then to Arthur B Olson 27 May 1943. He was born abt 1915 in Michigan and parents shown as John and Anna. Raymond (1904-1975). Nothing on Arthur B.
No problem tracing daughter Virginia and her husband.
