It's like a martello tower at L'ancresse, Guernsey http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-martello-tower-at-lancresse-guernsey-71788533.html  but I don't think it is an exact match

Scroll down to the bottom of this page http://www.theislandwiki.org/index.php/The_individual_towers and see all the Jersey towers.  So many have had houses built up close to them, that it might look different to your photo!
