Brutus Bucke -1643,Lieutenant colonel,colonel at time of death.

Hello all a post script to my earlier post.
Brutus Bucke was killed at the siege of Bristol leading two attacks on Stokes Croft gate.
This was on 26th July 1643.
He must have been promoted after he wrote his will.
He was a royalist among company that day was prince Rupert.
The people of Bristol wanted to save the city so surended .
BCW project siege of Bristol and Gloucester.
However I would still like to find his marriage and wife's name?.
Grateful for any info.

The Names of all the Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, Sergeant Majors, Captains, Lieutenants, Ensigns, Preachers, Chirurgeons, Quarter-masters, Provost Marshals, under his Excellency the Earl of Northumberland, Captain General for this Expedition 1640. Taken according to the Muster Roll after the Armies Retreat from Newcastle into York.

Hello hanes teulu thank you brill so much info today.
I see you have a Hopkins but not the one that Brutus left his tankard to
in his will? he was William Hopkins born in 1575 Ribbesford Worcestershire,
died in 1647.
His half brother Stephan sailed on the mayflower.
The family might be connected?.
worth a try.
