There is also a reference on February 1, 1898 in Leighton Buzzard Observer and Linslade Gazette to mention of the same marriage and Tuy Duy House, Abergavenny.

In the  Monmouthshire Merlin on 21 January 1832  Tuy Duy is advertised for let by Captain Ellis,  It is described as Cottage Villa  situated one mile from Abergavenny

The property was advertised previously on 20 February  1830 to let by Captain Ellis,   It included a circular walled garden, conservatory, library,  drawing room, dining room, 4 best bedrooms, servants quarters, stables for 4 horses, coach house, dairy, cider mill, dove cote plus an orchard and meadow land if required

FindMyPast shows Laura Georgina's baptism to parents Thomas and Laura in 1810 at Llantilio Pertholey which is directly East of Abergavenny. There are also the baptisms of:
Regent in 1811
Hope in 1812
Wellington in 1814
Frederick Leopold in 1816
The burial of Thomas (the father) is also shown in 1833 with the abode being Ty Du - his is shown as a captain in the 17th Lancers.
Looking up Llantilio Pertholey at the Cynefin site, and scrolling through the transcriptions of properties and their occupiers, shows a property called Ty Dy, landowner is Mrs Ellis, and occupier 'herself'. In total the landowner occupies approximately 160 acres comprising parklands, arable, orchards, cottage and gardens.
Here is the link to the Cynefin site http://cynefin.archiveswales.org.uk/en/
When you overlay this old map with a modern map, it is now shown as Tredilion Park, NP7 8BB

I hope this helps
