Welsh Newspapers Online has a couple of articles that talk about Davine being in a number of shows (singing and dancing) such as Prince Napoo at the Theatre Royal, Barry that seem to be linked to the 4th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers.

This and another article talk about one of the other performers being Capt G Ravenscroft, of the Lancashire Fusiliers. The date however is 1918 not 1921 and unfortunately the newspaper site doesn't go past 1919.
I checked the medal card index and Capt G Ravenscroft's first name was Gordon - a possibility??

All the newspaper reports I find only have Capt Ravenscroft, there is no initial. All are in 1918.

Both Capt G Ravencroft and Capt Blencowe / Blencome  are named here, so probably same as in the newspapers.

The writing looks to me as

F W Brown &. Son
Weston G? Maxon

Possibly there is a Gordon Maxon on census born c 1891 located in Cheshire 1901/1911

Don't know how it can be proven though

EDIT Maybe scrub that looks like he married an Alice Dec Q 1911

Gordon Rawson Maxon b 1890 Bangor, dies 1941 Cheshire

Still with Alice 1939, Crewe, Cheshire

Looks unlikely it's her Gordon.
