Elizabeth Price nee Poynton.
« on: Friday 28 October 16 15:25 BST (UK) »
Can anyone find Elizabeth Price in 1851, I know 1841 is missing for this area.
I can`t seem to find a burial for John Price , and am wondering if they had any children.

She also seems to be a bit hit and miss with her age.
From a court case in 1858 I know Elizabeth Price`s father was Charles Poynton.

Marriage 14 August 1843 Bangor Is-coed, Flint
Elizabeth Poynton - dressmaker Bangor. Father Charles Poynton labourer
John Price - servant Shocklach. Father Edward Price deceased.

1851 Rags Hill Bangor,
Charles Poynton 54 ag lab b Bangor
Jane Poynton wife 56 b Wrexham

Mary Ann Ince died Sept qtr 1852 and is buried at Bangor on Dee ( wife of Thomas)

Both Thomas and Elizabeth were widower / widow when they married.

Marriage 1856
15 Sep 1856 St. John the Baptist, Cheshire,
Thomas Ince 62  and Elizabeth Price 42

1861 Rags Hill Bangor
Thomas Ince  67 tailor b Cheshire
 Elizabeth Ince  48  b Wrexham

1871  in Bangor living on her own.
Elizth Ince head marr dressmaker 48 b Holt.

 1881  Bangor
Elizabeth Ince widow seamstress 56 b Holt.

1891 Bangor.
Elizabeth Ince widow, living on own means 64 b Bedwell .

Deaths Mar 1901  Ince. Elizabeth aged 77 Ellesmere.
This district covers Bangor and I can`t find  another Elizabeth Ince   in 1901.

Thanks, that does look good.
That narrows the search for children and a death for John Price.

What information do you have on the father Edward Price or that Price family as a whole? I am trying to find where my Price line ties in.
