Beresford and Kirwan Dungarvan and Kilrossanty

My great great grandmother was Alice Beresford who married Pierce Kirwan from Kilrossanty. Her brother Nicholas married Johanna, Pierce's sister. On Johanna's grave dated 1876, it says it was erected by her husband Nicholas of Castlequarter Dungarvan. I can't find any record of Alice's or Nicholas' marriage certs or their birth certs. Any one know this family ? Paul

 so Nicholas born c 1831,,,,would have married c 1851,,,so before civil registration.

Alice's eldest son was born in 1858 and Nicholas's eldest son was a born in 1856. Sorry but am guessing they would have been in their early 20s at that stage - big assumption I know

for anybody else looking,,,heres Pierces death,,so born c 1833,,,,the 1911 census does not state how many years married unfortunately.
