Pte A BLAND, R W Kent 27820 WW1

I am looking for any descendants of the above Private A BLAND, or any further information about him.  According to his MIC he also served in The Essex Regt with the service number 59692 but he does not seem to have served overseas.  He was awarded the The Victory Medal (which I have) and The British War Medal.

If he was awarded the BW & V Medals he must have gone overseas.
