My biggest brick wall...Louth, Lincolnshire

I have been trying on and off for a few years now to knock down this brick wall. Any advice is appreciated!

I am searching, in vain, for the baptism of Dorothy Smith...it looks like maybe records are missing in Louth for her birth year? A bit about Dorothy:

b. circa 1771 (according to burial record)*
*1841 in Louth census has her born 1776 in Lincolnshire
d. 1846, died in Louth

M. 28 Aug 1792 at St James Church, Louth, by license, to John Blyth, witnesses Charles Smith and E Gray (he witnessed all the marriages on the page so probably not a relative). They are a spinster and bachelor both OTP.

Children with husband John Blyth, all born Louth:

-Charles John Blyth, b. circa 1794 (baptism record not located, mentioned in John Blyth's will) d. 1880
-Dorothy b. 1795 d. 1878
-Edward Peck b. 1797 d. 1851
-Mary Ann b. 1801 d. 1867
-Sarah Blyth b. 1806 d ??
-Edward Tennyson b. 1807 (no idea why 2 Edwards?)
-William Peck b. 1809 d. ??

No idea where "Peck" or "Tennyson" come from.

John Blyth, Dorothy's husband, was a sheriff's officer aka bailiff and died in 1819, leaving a will. He was born circa 1756.

I found a Charles Smith, peruke maker, in some directories in Louth - no idea if this is the same Charles who witnessed Dorothy's marriage because Smith is so common.

Any help is so gratefully appreciated!

There are 4 possible candidates that I can see

1772 d of William & Sarah @ Skidbrooke with Saltfleet Haven
1776 d of John & FDorothy @ Stamford All Saints
1767 d of Richard & Sarah @ Leadenham
1775 d of John & Mary @ Leadenham

The 1772 baptism is the nearest to Louith, c10 miles
