Hello,
I'm looking for anything on James durward  in India .
He was born in Kincardineshire ,Scotland in 1857....but died in India  27/6/1896 aged 39.
just wondering if he was in army ,or what else he was doing over there ? ???...i don't know which area he was in .

This came up in a Google search:

"Mr James Durward, Divisional Manager Phuloherra Division, South Sylhot Tea Company (Limited), died on June 27 aged 41."
