The link I posted says 1950's. It's at the tail end of B+W photography and before the holiday makers.
Griffiths Llandogo, Mitcheltroy, Mon. and Whitchurch Here (Also Edwards),  18th C., Griffiths FoD 19th Century.

Yes looks to be the Headland Hotel.
