As the second 'marriage' never legally happened, the second 'wife' should have reverted to her maiden name.

So you are also looking for that name and/or a new marriage later on?

Added:
Just realised that death is also under Kirhoolie, sorry.

However, I can only see one birth for an Agnes Kirhoolie, but there is a marriage in Elgin in 1942, to  Mr Driscoll, which is also what that death is also under.

Hi chempat , thankyou for that , yes trying to find out the 2nd wife's name and a possible child ? But the name kirhoolie is a bit challenging , the marriage I believe took place in May 1941 x

Have you looked on scotlandspeople - as that is where the marriage shows, with her name as Agnes Kirhoolie.  The death in Newington gives the surnames for Agnes as Kirhoolie and Leyshon and Driscoll (same record numbers).

The marriage was to Cecil H Driscoll in 1942.

There is this possible death for Cecil, a long way from Scotland:

Cecil Hamilton Driscoll Aka Cyril born 28th November 1919, died April quarter 2004  Bexley Kent.

(Wonder if he was Australian)

It is free to register, and then you can do quite a lot of searching before you have to pay to see the actual records:
