This is the info I Have for FJS 1901.

I)*Frederick John Smith (1901-1967) Born Cambridge Place, Paddington W2 (now St Mary's, Praed Street) next to Station.
 Died St Charles Hosp., North Kensington
(Siblings Nellie (Ellen),1903, Ted (Edward) 1905)
Father - Frederick John Smith (1882-1941's?) Carman -Baptized St Augustines, Kilburn Park Rd, Paddington. Mother - Ellen nee Smart - (1881-1943?) Married St Peters' Marylebone, Middx
*Fred's Bible reads '
"YMCA National HQ - (War Roll) Tottenham Court Rd, WC1.
Bugler F.J. Smith
3rd Battn., London Rifle Brigade,
with every good wish
from FH Britten, Leader YMCA, Blackdown Camp, Surrey. 29-7-17
Also Medal in possession - 457765 Private A. Smith - Labour Corp on Ribbon - Purple, Aqua, Yellow & Red.

It's to confirm  if Alfred was 1)JFS brother or uncle.

Fred would have still been quite young 29/7/1917  ???
