Had a look at the 30 Jul obit for Margaret Buhler nee Kelly, she was buried in St Joachim Cemetery in Edmonton.  Transcriptions and/or photos for this cemetery are incomplete online.  If Jessie died in Edmonton, I suspect she would have been buried here.  This site might do lookups of cemetery records for you.

By the way correction... its.... Isabella Neilly McDevitt 4th daughter of William Valentine McDevitt & Catherine Kelly  rather than Isobel Elizabeth .  Where could I find the Marriage of Margaret Alice McDevitt to Jim Hansen  and Mary Annie McDevitt's    greatful for any any help

p.s. this is such a wonderful surprise to find kin as I'd just taken for granted that GtUncle William V was childless......and then out of the woodwork so to speak.......there's more
