Charlotte Pooley Born 1857 (?) - Please help me find this mysterious lady

I' m confused.  Your suggestions are very welcomed.
I've searched and searched and not found the birth or death certificate for this ancestor, and yet I know she existed. 
1861 Census, dau, address in Lee, Kent, states born Richmond, Surrey, age 4.
1871 Census, dau, address Clapham, born London, age 14.
1881 Census,Visitor, address Jersey, no.41 Pier Road,  Born England, age 24.
1893 November - informs Registrar of her brother-in-law's death in Bournemouth, Hants.
1901 Census proprietress of the Pooley's Pavilion in Greve de Leq in Jersey.
Then she just disappears.  Until I found an old photo of an elderly lady in my grandma's album with "Lottie - Cranleigh - 1933" written underneath.
In 1946 my father writes to my mother mentioning Aunt Lottie who is 93 years old.
Any ideas, please?

I think this is the above person but on the 1901 -

Charlotte Pooley   43
James R Pooley   9
Edith J Pooley   6
RG13 Piece 2060 Folio 65 Page 28, Torquay

Therefore not the same person as Charlotte Pooley is in Jersey on the 1901.

If Aunt Lottie was 93 in 1946 then that gives a birth year of 1853. Was there any mention of where Aunt Lottie was?

Strange coincidence then Jen as she is a Proprietess in 1939 in the entry that I found?

Newspaper reports that mention Pooley's Pavilion talk (between 1868 and 1900ish) of a Mr R Pooley as proprietor of Pooley's Pavilion - father of Charlotte, perhaps?

According to the census her father was Alexander G, R Pooley was most probably her brother Rodney

Another Pooley is next door too!

That's correct Dawnsh, Rodney was her brother.  She inherited Pooley's Pavilion according to the 1901 Census.  The Charlotte Pooley of Torquay I believe died in 1944, registered in Newton Abbott. I believe she was a Charlotte Prout Pooley. 
This letter of my father stating she was 93 in 1946 JJ could mean she was born in 1853... if only I could find her birth certificate.
