I've searched everywhere I can think of but no luck. I have found a possible baptism for Elizabeth. Elizabeth Clay 1759 Belford, father John. Belford is only a few miles from Lowick, as the crow flies.

Burial this one you have,
  but note when this Alexander dies,in 1804 he is a shepherd aged 80 abode Ancroft so a possible member of the same family
