Feltham Borstal records

Please does anyone know if it is possible to access records for Feltham Borstal between 1929 and 1932?  As I live in France it is difficult to go anywhere in person so I wondered if they are available, can they be accessed online? Thank you

  I believe the records for the old Feltham borstal are held at the National Archives at Kew

Thank you for this, I have had a look but cannot find records of offenders.....ok, I know I am a bit dim about these things!  I am trying to find a George Henry Packer who was tried and convicted at the Middlesex Sessions. to 3 years Borstal, this was in October 1929.  I am assuming it was probably Feltham he was sent to.

The records for Feltham that are held at the National Archives relate mainly to the administration and management of that institution.

Records of individual prisoners at Feltham are held at London Metropolitan Archives (LMA 4465/B), but those for the 1920s and 30s are not open to public access.
