Husband and wide both widowers or wife widowed twice?

Interested in the interpretation other of you might have for "widow both" in the attached (bootom right hand corner)

Insert an imaginary comma after the word widow.
The word 'both' belongs with the next phrase, i.e. both of this Parish.
