Have you seen the marriage entry or have you just seen a transcription?
I think her name is Mun(n)ing(s).
There is a large contingent of Munning, Munnings, Muning & Muninge in Suffolk.
No Huning.
There is a 1765 Baptism for a Susan Munnings to a William & Dorothy In Stratford St. Mary but this is about 40mls. away.

Ancestry says HUNING, FindMyPast says HURRING (Suffolk Marriage Index) and HUNING (England Marriages 1538-1973).

Unfortunately no original images on either.

You have Heveningham as possible birth place or was she just married there?  Did they then live in Huntingfield after marrying?

Very big estate at Heveningham that would have employed 100s.   When I saw your post I immediately thought "Hurren" as a possible surname would sound the same as "Hurring" & as Suffolk Marriage index is transcribed by Suffolk FHS it might be the more accurate transcription.  Lots of Hurren burials in parishes around the Heveningham area - Walpole has some Hurren burials from 1766 on.

good luck
